Spine Medicine & Surgery of Long Island was proud to serve as the cocktail sponsor for the Suffolk County Medical Society (SCMS) Annual Dinner, an evening that brought together physicians, healthcare leaders, elected officials, and members of the Long Island medical community to celebrate leadership and the future of healthcare.
Representing our team at the event were Dr. Antigone Argyriou, Dr. Daniel Choi, and Dr. Courtney Toombs, who enjoyed the opportunity to connect with colleagues and engage in meaningful conversations with fellow healthcare professionals from across the region. Dr. Argyriou also continues to serve as an SCMS Delegate, helping represent local physicians and contribute to ongoing discussions surrounding healthcare policy and advocacy.
The evening marked an important leadership transition for the Society as Dr. David Eagle of New York Blood and Cancer Specialists was installed as President of SCMS. We extend our congratulations to Dr. Eagle and look forward to his leadership in the year ahead. We also recognize immediate past president Dr. Deborah Blenner for her service and dedication to the organization during her tenure.
Events such as the SCMS Annual Dinner provide valuable opportunities for physicians across specialties to strengthen professional relationships, exchange ideas, and collaborate in support of high-quality patient care throughout Long Island.
We are honored to support organizations like the Suffolk County Medical Society and remain committed to fostering physician leadership, professional collaboration, and continued advancement in healthcare across our community.
